The prickly pear cactus is stunning when in bloom and also provides delicious edibles. This one is offered as an art print, and I highly recommend making a classic Mexican cactus salad with chopped prickly pear cactus paddles (nopalitos), tomatoes, onions, and radishes. Yummy!
